Machining - Core Making
Our two CNC machines are the heart of the Clow Casting Machine Facility. Our senior programmer can write specific programs to meet any customer
requirements. These Cincinnati Machining Centers were installed in 2000 and we keep them running at 99% up-time efficiency. Normal throughput
for both machines is 70 machine pullets per day. We can even run our Machining Centers on the weekends in our "Lights Out" pre-load format.
This procedure helps keep labor costs down while maintaining customer commitments.

Our pattern shop is on-site utilizing wood and urethane by experienced craftsman.
